I’ve spent more than 20 years leading creative teams and building brand stories that connect. My career has taken me from small, independent production companies to global life sciences organizations, always learning, adapting, and taking in everything I can. Through it all, one thing has remained constant, and has only become more clear with time: collaboration is at the heart of everything I do.

I started out in production, learning how to tell stories—both personal and corporate—through video. I learned how to produce shoots of every scale and how to keep creative energy flowing and everyone engaged, even under tight deadlines. Those early experiences gave me an overwhelming appreciation for the power of teamwork and clear communication.

As I grew into leadership roles, I found myself just as passionate about building teams as building campaigns. I’ve led in-house creative studios, managed global brand initiatives, and partnered with executives to translate business goals into creative strategies that drive measurable impact.

Over time, I have become a true liaison between clients, senior leadership, and creative teams. I listen to and understand business needs, translate them into clear creative direction, and ensure that every project not only meets brand standards but also achieves measurable results.

For me, collaboration isn’t a nice-to-have—it’s the beginning and the end of every project. I believe the best ideas come from open dialogue, diverse perspectives, and a willingness to push boundaries together.
